Let me explain somethings to you:
Okay. Eminem is a rapper. Very talented, but a rapper all the same. This in no way qualifies him to run for anything other than Rapper of the Year.
Entertainers are normal people - and they all have their own opinions. Everyone could go into the office of President and change a lot of things - if they didn't have to play politics.
Everyone forgets that one must kiss a lot of @$$ to get anything done in DC. You can have all of the wonderful ideas, and even have a way to solve the problems of this country. But no lobbiests or special interest group is going to allow anyone to change things to effect them negatively. And you also can't piss off your own party, the ones the donated to your political campaign fund, and the like.
It takes more than ideas to change the world.

I would not rule it out in America after all there has already been an movie star as president and there is one as the Governor of California

I think he has some good ideas, but he'd never be elected in reality for various reasons: he has no experience, no charisma, no platform, and he's too controversial.
