As far as healthiness goes? In that way, ramen noodles are a little like eating white rice with a couple tablespoons of salt on top.
I just finished a bowl of them (ramen noodles... not salty rice)

My makeshift college dinners consisted of rice, shrimp and greens. you will get a great bag of little shrimp (I recommend the smallest you will come across) and stick in some frozen greens. suited with soy. the comprehensive element approximately rice cookers is which you will upload the frozen products on your rice in the cooker and cook dinner them jointly, yet I recommend including them in midway by way of as to no longer overcook. yet another element to do is upload rooster inventory on your water for the rice, then suited it with tuna or some thing. in case you like mushrooms, pass to an Asian food market and purchase a bag of dried shiitkes. you may in all threat come across a great volume for affordable on line. basically soak them for some hours and that they style fantastic. make your person ponzu to characteristic ontop of any meal, plenty greater fee-effective than great high priced Kikkoman, by way of getting soy sauce and including lemmon juice. somewhat rice vinegar is sweet in that too.

Well they're both carbohydrates. Ramen noodles has a higher fat content though.
They also taste different.
