Relax. Most people who smoke pot need to. Not because of being hooked or any of that crap, but to stay balanced, as expensive prescriptions do for pain, anxiety, and other conditions.

Should be legal.

Don't worry, and maybe give it a try or two. As long as it doesn't cause strife, let it be.

There is probably nothing you can say that will make him quit. If he really wants to smoke marijuana, he will find a way to do it. You will not change him. You have to ask yourself if you will accept this behavior or not. If you find smoking marijuana unacceptable, you should end the relationship and move on.

First you should calm down. My boyfriend smokes practically everyday, and although i do it on occasion, I wish he would stop. You should sit down and talk to him. How long has he been your boyfriend? ask him why he didnt tell you to begin with. If its only an occasional thing dont make a bigger deal out of it then it is. What you have to understand is that you are with him for who he is, not for who he could eb or what you could make him into...so if its a big problem for you then end the relationship but dont try to change him.

I doubt anything you say will make him quit. Marijuana isnt that bad, so dont freak out. Tell him how you feel. If he respects you he'll at least not do it around you or in your presence. Tell him you dont approve of that, so if he would refrain and only do it in his own time. hes going to do what he wants to do, whether you like it or not, thats just how people are. He's only going to stop if he wants to stop. If he respects you enough then he might quit, thats still on his own accord, you cant make him and if you try to change him, he will resent you, that or lie about it.

marijuana smoker = broke loser

You have to decide who you are good enough for. Are you the type of girl who can't get anyone but a pothead, or can you do better than that?
Remember, the longer your with him the more and more people will see you as someone who has a pothead for a boyfriend.
Your never going to change him. He will do it whether your with him or not. If you don't like it, he will find someone who will.
You have to accept it or break up with him, because he's probably not going to quit for you.

whilst i'm a super fan of 'showing' extremely of 'telling' in writing utilization, i've got faith that nineteenth century England wasn't quite the area for a super variety of 'showing' to pass on, in case you recognize what I advise. you may no longer say (insert Austen heroine right here)'s face contorted with anger, because of the fact the heroine in a Austen novel could extremely smile and make some variety of witty remark that contained some undercurrent-y barb. i'm a super fan of Austen novels, yet characters in Austen novels are very, very repressed of their expressions. in case you have ever examine the Gemma Doyle sequence by using Libba Bray, you will get what i'm speaking approximately. Gemma and her acquaintances are lively, lively young ones, yet they 'instruct' so lots greater desirable than Austen heroines, regardless of being interior an identical era. i think this is using their personalities being very different from Austen-characters. i'm no longer asserting this could properly be a foul ingredient, yet you will no longer probably have Elizabeth feeling 'the wind dance by using her hair' or Anne "feeling the soreness in her heart like a actual discomfort" or perhaps if the expressions of 'showing' many times tell. And that, for me, is quite genius artwork, on Austen's area. Austen heroine's do no longer probably "instruct" on a super point, so for Austen to tell the tale that way could make it very just about much less ... actual, very just about. besides, i do no longer probably have a concern with how Austen writes, i admire her the way she is. besides the undeniable fact that that's a exciting question.

Hit the blunt a few times, and then ask yourself the same question once again.

ask him if he intends on using just now for expirimentation or if its a long term thing...

then depending on his answer ask yourself if you can deal with that, then make a decision from there...

my fiancee was told right from the begining of our relationship that i smoke...she was cool with it for a while then started giving me crap, which i dont appreciate...we still have issues because of it...

Don't bother trying to change him. Date someone that doesn't smoke it if you don't like it. He may never quit.
