I'll assume you're referring to Osama binLaden (if not, I've got no clue who 'benladen' is). I believe binLaden has been alive and well, living in his family's huge guarded compound just outside Orlando, Florida. On 9-11-01, while all air traffic was grounded, the Bush administration arranged for government jets to escort prominent Saudi Arabian families out of the country. Those families were in Washington, DC attending an investors' meeting of the Carlyle Group, with whom George H.W. Bush and several of his former cabinet members, are associated. One family by the name of binLaden invested $2.5 million in the Carlyle Group, which has quickly become one of the federal government's 'preferred' contractors, providing services to aid in the Iraqi 'war'. Those same government jets most likely shuttled binLaden back into the country and secretly rushed him to Orlando where he's been in hiding ever since.
It answers the question as to WHY George W. Bush publicly pronounced once the 9-11 hoopla had died down that binLaden was "not a priority" - and he ordered all federal agencies charged with the capture of binLaden to cease and desist. binLaden is a Bush family ally; they effectively used him as a scapegoat for the 9-11 'terrorist' attacks, an event which might very well have happened with the involvement - or, at least, the knowledge - of the Bush White House. -RKO- 05/20/07
