What do I have to do to be a certified computer professional?

I want to be a certified professional so I get more customers for my computer repair store.

A+ is the ABSOLUTE minimum that anbody can get. It is what our level 1 techs need even before they are interviewed. We would prefer a MCDST for a tech support function and some MCP or Cisco certs to be considered to work IT. MANY places will hire you with only A+ if you are ACTIVELY in a degree program.
