It looks similar to the fonts Buffied, Wicca Script, Zombified, and Killigraphy.

That's a font... I don't know the name of it, but I've seen it floating around.
But really, it's a font that emulates hand drawn letters. Have you considered using a pen and ink rather than looking for a computer program to design it?

OK.... I think I know a name of a font VERY SIMILAR to that of above. It's called ' A Charming Font '.
You can look for this font on WWW.DAFONT.COM
or if not on there google for it!! =]
