i think that is a kinda rude question, but funny, im sure they say the same thing about us. I have chinease friends though and u can tell them apart

To the first person:
You are very stereotypical. A lot of Chinese do NOT have small eyes. And there are many tall ones too.
They can tell each other apart like how you can tell the people around you apart. Obviously, if they know each other, they would be able too. Plus, they each have different features and characteristics.

And I'm sure that's what they think about us Americans. Or the Mexicans. Or the Italians. I could go on, but I'm sure you see what I'm saying. To each other, it's easy to tell the differences among them.
