I've emailed them, but has this happened to anyone else who ordered from dell/ I'm worried as going away next week for a while so really need laptop!

thanks

It has happen to me once before when I order from dell...Most of their products ship from the warehouse.
So when you order they give you an estimate on when it will ship depending on where you live and sometimes the warehouse gets backed up but you will your product usually with in a few days of order unless it was a special order it could take a few more days..

The information shows when the shipping label was put on the box and the assumption is that it was to ship shortly after that. The next thing is the availability of the shipper......It is most likely that UPS and/or FedEx has a few trailers at Dell's shipping doors........if the truck leaves before it can be loaded, the shipping date is pushed back to the schedule of the next trailer

Call them and find out where it is, you most likely are seeing shipping adjustments from the carrier depending on your location.

What? Didn't you know? Dell is FAMOUS for that kind of stuff. The State of New York is suing them for it right now. THE ENTIRE STATE OF NEW YORK, no less!!! What makes you think they will treat you any better?

Why not PHONE them and chase it, tell them on Fri it said shipped thursday and not arrived yet . . . DO NOT mention it's date moving, "check it while on phone"
