Nitrogen - 7 protons and 7 neutrons
Fluorine - 9 protons and 10 neutrons
Oxygen - 8 protons and 8 neutrons
Carbon - 6 protons and 6 neutrons.

These are the figures normally quoted when no information about isotopes is available.

For all elements there are only two components in the nucleus of an elements. The components are PROTONS and NEUTRONS. Different elements have different numbers of protons and neutrons.
Protons are deemed to have a positive (+) charge and a mass in the ratio of one(1)
Neutrons are deemed to have no charge (0) and a mass in the ratio of one (1).
For the elements requested:-
N (Nitrogen) 7 protons and 7 neutrons
F(Fluorine) 9 protons and 10 neutrons
O(Oxygen) 8 protons and 8 neutrons
C(Carbon) 6 protons and 6 neutrons.
The atomic masses(Weights) are the sum of the protons and neutrons:-
N 7 + 7 = 14
F 9 + 10 = 19
O 8 + 8 = 16
C 6 + 6 = 12

Isotopes of an element have a different number of neutrons.:- eg 13-Carbon is carbon with 6 protons and 7 neutrons. Hence 6 + 7 = 13.

If you meant Electronic Structures then they are as follows:

N: 1s2 2s2 2p3
F: 1s2 2s2 2p5
O: 1s2 2s2 2p4
C: 1s2 2s2 2p2

The electronic structure is based on spdf format.

Hope this helps.
