DL- Reggie White- He had 198 sacks 3 interceptions two touchdowns an i dont know how many fumble recoveries.
LB- Lawrence Taylor- He had 132.5 sacks 9 interceptions and 11 fumble recoveries. He also had two touchdowns.
CB- Rod Woodson- He had 71 interceptions for 1483 yards an three touchdowns. He was the definition of a shutdown corner.
OL- John Hannah- Was on a crappy team but went to nine pro-bowls and was named all-pro three times.
S- Ronnie Lott- He had 8.5 sacks 63 interceptions 17 fumble recoveries and 5 touchdowns. He was the anchor of the 49ers pass defense during their dynasty.
K- Adam Vinatieri- He is 288/349 on field goals and 405/412 on extra points for a total of 1269 points. Also, as everyone knows, he is the only kicker to win a superbowl as time expired (vs. Carolina) and the only kicker to win two superbowls (vs. Rams and vs. Carolina)

DEF LINEMAN Reggie White
LINEBACKER Lawrence Taylor

CORNERBACK Darell Green, Deion Sanders, Rod Woodson, Mark Haynes, Mel Blount, Willie Reid

(Deion may have been the best athlete at CB, and its best cover CB but best overall is still kinda open)

SAFETY Ronnie Lott
KICKER Mort Andersen
(many could lay claim to this title also)

OFF LINEMAN Munoz has been revered by most as the best ever but there are many who could claim this title.

There is no consensus and there's no method to compare them.
