I can't access the internet neither on the computer that the router is connected to nor wirelessly with any other ones.

I've setup my wireless router using the setup Wizard and the web-based utility, and I've tested my connections in command prompt. when I ping 192.168.1.1, all packets are recieved, and when I ping the WAN IP, all packets are recieved, but when I ping www.yahoo.com, it fails.

the power, WLAN, ethernet 1 and internet lights are lit on the router and my modem is connected to the router's internet port, while the computer is connected to port #1.

I've also upgraded the firmware, but still, no internet. Am I still missing something?

Can you ping a public IP. Like 64.94.234.13 (that is one of Yahoo's). If you cant ping public IP's you are not getting broadband connection from your modem.

If that works but ping yahoo.com doesn't you have DNS server issues. You may need to check your modem and get the ones listed there. Put them directly into your router.

Turn off the PC, router and the Modem. After 1 minute turn on the modem. Wait a minute and turn on the router. Wait a minute and turn on the PC.
