What you have in the numerator is a 6 multiplied by 80 tens, and in the denominator you have a 4 multiplied by 70 tens.
The 70 tens in the denominator will cancel 70 of the 80 tens in the numerator, so you are lft with a 6 multiplied by 10 tens and divided by four, in other words: 6/4 x 10^10, or 3/2 x 10^10.

(6*10^80)/(4*10^70) = (6/4)*(10^80/10^70)
(6/4)*10^10 = 1.5*10^10
