You probably need to take that up with yahoo. Seems like they take for ever to delete racist post. Maybe it was the content of your post that caused someone to report you. I think that's how the determine if someone is violating a post. Also if it wasn't in the form of a question then i guess that would cause them to get rid of it. I doubt it's because u used the word black.

uh? Did your question have some other "inappropriate" word in it? I don't see "black" as being a bad word. I mean "white" isn't... what, "Caucasian Americans"? Come on now.
If things like this are considered inappropriate these days then the line for racism really has been drawn wrong.
I mean yeah the N word is definitely not appropriate, but just black?
Maybe there was another reason for it getting deleted. o.O

I think it is because a certain percent of answers
has to be deleted to make people think that yahoo
really cares about the feelings about people, when
in reality they could care less, you probably fell
on the right time for them to put a mark on their
percentage, as I also was a victim for being
straight forward and not cussing or anything but
again because a certain percent of non-accept-
ance exists, whoever gets caught up in it at that
moment will suffer the consequences.

You should read the Guidelines for use of this site; follow the link, bottom of most pages, teeny, tiny type.
It probably wasn't for using the word 'black' as there's nothing wrong with that.
After you've read the Guidelines, if you still don't understand, you can complain at the Forum (link top right) under Wrongful Deletions.
They'll either explain what you did wrong, or give you your points back.

That would be Jamaican Englishman. Everybody is too sensitive now days. Words only have power over you if you allow them to have power over you. So if someone allows Black, White, Yellow, Red, Orange, Lavender, Purple, or any other color to cause them distress, then they have lost. It's a color, we all have one, learn to take things more lightly.

A ***** hit the abuse button. Most here are PC to the marrow. They don't look for context. They look for buzzwords and phrases that Big Brother tells them are taboo. It's a global problem, but the most dumbed-down people reside in the U.S.A..

i don't have a problem with anyone calling me "Black" because that's who i am. maybe someone who is just ultra sensitive saw the word Black and figures you were being racist so they flagged you.
