What do you do when your boyfriend announces he wants to look 100% like Pink?

Would you keep dating a guy who says his goal is to look exactly like the singer Pink, head to toe? I mean 100%, every bit of him.

Because my boyfriend has very seriously told me he does. I'm 21, he's 26. (And yes, I'm 100% serious)

I don't know what to do. I think he's hot, and honestly she's hot, but my boyfriend being her body double... I don't know.

First I'd have to run some place to cackle. I actually don't find it a bad thing unless he's wanting to do this 24/7. In the privacy of his own home on certain occasions that's no biggie. But doing this in public could end up humiliating you both. Instead of being a xerox copy of anyone else, even Pink, he needs to realize his own potential--what makes him uniquely sexy. Although a lot of people find imitation the highest form of flattery it's usually the cause of low self esteem and the need to escape your identity. I would really talk to him honestly about everything regarding it to see if you can compromise, because that's always the best route where both sides feel satisfied. If you can't come to a conclusion of compromise, then you have to decide the next step from there. Is he wanting to do this because he finds her appealing or because you find her appealing? If it's because he adores her, then he needs to create a bit of self confidence by you expressing all of his great points. Also if he's doing it because you adore her, then he needs to be reminded you're with him and fantasies can stay fantasies because sometimes the reality (being with him) is much more beautiful than a pop icon.

I think it's pretty cool! He should definitely dye his hair pink, and if he has the right features, he could probably pull off the make-up as well.

If he's thinking of getting breast implants or transitioning his gender (as an mtf, or male-to-female transsexual) then those are more permanent decisions and you guys should really talk about it...it is not a fashion but a lifestyle. If he's really thinking of becoming a woman, you both should seek a counselor and him gender therapy (I don't think you can legally get hormones to start transitioning unless you see a specialist, actually.)

Anyway, whatever the decision he chooses, it's really up to him. He should be happy...and if you can't live with him being happy, I don't know what to tell you.

Does he know that Pink is female? If he wants to look like her head to toe you may have a problem - and he's got a very expensive surgery and lots of therapy ahead of him. If you think you can tough it out with him, go for it - otherwise bail out now

I know this is harsh, but I would say that if he does it, dump him. Tell him you don't want him to do it and that you think he's hot already and you will dump him if he does it. If he cares about you, he'll let it go.
