Have you asked your parents why they won't let you get this. skulls and crossbones means in a lot of circle Skin Head, Nazi symbolizm it also means the following.
Today, it is generally used as a warning of danger (usually in regard to poisonous substances).
The symbol, or some variation thereof, was also featured on the Jolly Roger, one of the many flag designs of European and American pirates; it is thought of as the stereotypical pirate flag, although it has historically been used for other purposes as well.

parents are parents and they just think that skulls and crossbones are innapropiate.
try and tell them that it's just used for fashion and is not negative in any way possible.
if they still don't agree, well, get them anyways.
=)

i know, but they don't look at how you just see it as cool, they go into the old-fashioned deeper meaning of death and poison and threats. they probably think it's a "negative influence" or something. just tell them that you just like the design and that many people have them and they don't mean any of that stuff anymore.

Tell your parents to read about the valley of the bones in the Bible [ Ezekiel 37 ]; and that there were bones all over Golgotha, where Christ was crucified.

I had the same issue with my mom
They probably just feel a bit uncomfortable
talk it out with them and tell them its only fashion.
and try and look at it from their point of view
After talking to my mom she finally understood
=] and im sure things will work out =]
