~~~ It sounds like you dread Sundays. You must have negative associations with them. You could try renaming Sunday to something that sounds better to you. Something you really like, then you'll have better feelings towards the day. If you can, make it a day to do something you enjoy doing and make it your new routine. Call it after that activity if you want.~~~
Hi there I guess it's all about church time days Sundays it's like relax quiet cause all the other days we are too busy and Mondays is back to busy day at work or school so Sundays becomes relax day. so take it has relax day and give yourself a spa before you start on the week on Monday.
a hot tub full of bubble bath, or some soft music to relax your mind go to the movies see something that makes you laugh treat yourself to a movie before 4pm tickets cheaper or just read a book in a park but whatever you do relax on Sunday.
be well be safe god bless
It`s called guilt. Got to de-program that stapled-on instruction from childhood........Learning about what you are attracting to yourself for the future is also a good idea. Next thing you know you could start finding Mondays depressing like most others. Slowly, slowly, sinking in that cesspool. Bye!
The day before Monday. An ominous presence covers you knowing that you have to get up and hit the grind tomorrow. I will be thinking of you while I enjoy my day off.
Because of the lack of activity. Mostly due to TV and sports and all the drinking and eating that goes with it. It literally puts your body into mild shock.
