Any one of them would committed by a Democratic President would have done the trick. It will take 4 or 5 to make congress even think about it now. I'm amazed by some of the Bushies answers so far. The argument that if the majority of people who disagree with the Decider-er in Chief are some how un-American is just nuts. I want the real America back. Remember back before the 2000 elections when a lot of other countrys kind of liked Americans. We were against torture, We were seen as mostly making good desisions that helped others in need. We talked to country's that we din't see eye to eye with. This President & VP has pissed on everyone for oil & greed. No matter what the cost.

A President CANNOT be impeached for any violation that he or she has not be charged with. I am not certain if violations of the Geneva Convention, UN Charter, or International law are applicable when determining if we should impeach someone. Violating the Constitution, in and of itself is not impeachable because Congress and the Supreme Court provide checks to ensure that the Constitution is not violated by an administration. All of what President Bush has done is either approved by Congress or consistent with precedent (the use of signing statements is consistent with precedent). You cannot impeach any public official for negligence or incompetence. There is no evidence that any of the last four elections were not fair.

Frankly, there is currently no case against President Bush or Vice President Cheney.

on #1 if that was a good reason we would have to impeach all of congress because they all voted on the same information.by the constitution the president does not need congress to declare war.
on #2 surely you don't believe the president authorized torture.i would like to see your made up evidence.
i believe i will stop there.you have no idea what you are talking about.you are blinded by your hatred of President Bush and this administration.
by the way valerie plame was not covert and once again you are miss informed.you are just another liberal blinded by hatred and want the U.S. to lose the war.i for one would like to give the military what they need to win and defeat terrorism before they infiltrate the united states any more.

The constitution says "Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors" are grounds for impeachment. Uncovering the CIA operative can arguably be treason. Rigging elections would probably count as "High Crimes", it certainly is felonious behavior. Arguably any felony is by definition a high crime, and if provable you've named several. In any case, its mostly a matter of interpretation and judgment left up to congress to investigate and decide. In other words it is more of a political than a legal question even if the answer necessarily uses legal language.

in keeping with probability we could desire to constantly impeach congress? There weren't very lots of people who voted to no longer pass into Iraq ... or what appropriate to the 5 different NATO international locations who voted in NATO to pass into Iraq. the only reason NATO did no longer have sufficient votes to attack Iraq replaced into because of the fact the three keys, Russia, Germany, and France have been gleaning oil from Iraq and getting money from Saddam by using development him very own bomb shelters. Congress wasn't approximately to question the President for something that maximum all of them believed mandatory to take place.

1 - Nope. Read UN resolution 1441. Even the UN threatened war v. Iraq. Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

2 - Nope. You presented no evidence of torture, but libs like to think that making a prisoner uncomfortable is "tantamount to torture." Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

3 - Detaining Americans who are involved in waging war against the US is not a violation of the Constitution. Lincoln did it, so did Roosevelt. Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

4 - The US did not target civilians...ever...so you are presenting a false charge. WP, DU, and Napalm are not violations...Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

5 - Surveillance of the enemy in your own country at time of war is not a violation of the Constitution...Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

6 - *ALL* presidents have used signing statements. Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

7 - *NO* elections were "obstructed." Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

8 - The "covert" CIA agent was no longer covert, and her identity was leaked by Richard Armitage. Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

9 - You are going to impeach the President for signing legislation? You are going to impeach the president for doing something he is required to do by the Constitution? Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

10 - Hurricane Katrina killed more people in places other than New Orleans. The primary responsible for not evacuating New Orleans rests with the governor and mayor, since the New Orleans evacuation plans are state and local documents, and they did not execute their own plan for evacuation, leaving people to be flooded while their own busses, required for use by their own plan, also flooded. Sorry...not good enough. Try again.

Sorry andy...not good enough. Try again.

ADDITION: Absolutely amazing. Ask for evidence for these charges, quote the Constitution, show contrary evidence, and still get the lib thumbs down.

God another one, fingers are getting tired of doing these
point for point replies. I'll respond to # 10. When are you people going to Blame Ray Nagin and Gov Blanco for there incompetence in dealing with Katrina when they knew 24 hours in advance how bad it was going to be and not ordering evacuations in time, when don't blame Bush for that one.

As Bush sees no limit to the need to eradicate the world of terrorist, he seeks them out wherever he can. As the average American works hard to feed the world, including the terrorist muslims and their children; the world ungraciously eats off the fat of their labor.

This is so full of misconceptions and propaganda that its silly.

Before you impeach some one, why don't you first argue your case that the war "against Iraq without cause, using fraud to sell the war to Congress and the public, misusing government funds to begin bombing without Congressional authorization.."

There is no proof that Bush "ignor[ed] urgent warnings on an Al Queda attack prior to Sept. 11." And Global Warming is the biggest political red herring that I've ever heard of.

You're just being a whack job liberal, and if you put any of these charges up before an impartial judge, you would get laughed out of the court.

WHICH IS WHY NO ONE HAS IMPEACHED HIM.

Because if any of these things were true, then he would be gone!
