My eyes are sort of strange, and changes from really dark brown to really light brown and goldish. What would they be classified as?

Hazel is green/brown. I have hazel eyes and so does my son. Our eyes change color according to how we feel. My eyes go from hazel to gold/brown to bright green. My sons do the same but sometimes his will turn really blue. That's why there is so much confusion on what color hazel is. Cool, huh?

Hazel is a bunch of different things.. it can mean changing colours and brown/green and yellowish brown. That's why there's 'hazel brown', 'hazel blue', 'hazel green'...etc. I think my eyes would be considered hazel even though I usually just say brown.

I believe hazel is like a light honey brown. Yours sound like hazel eyes to me.

Hazel - look it up in thedictionary - it will describe your eyes:
