Anything from Enya, Cocteau Twins, This Mortal Coil, Presence, Deep Forest, Enigma and much much more on the 4AD and Astralwerks labels. If you want to go completely old school mellow, nothing beats Karen Carpenter's voice on anything the Carpenters recorded. Enjoy.

Jack Johnson and John Mayer and Ray LaMontagne are nice to listen to, very calm and easy to fall asleep to, especially Ray L.
