Meaning that, as one answerer said already, women already ARE equal! This is not a chauvinist question, quite the opposite!

No ambition in what field? As a woman of course I'm going to say we're equal and all of that, which we are as humans, but in society there are still things that needs to be worked on. However some women like me, have got ambition in living a happy life with our friends and family and we're not all about the career. At the end of the day, the "PERSON" with the most experience should get the job.
