go to the gym? on a regular basis? i think it's a grand idea but i'd wanna go in the morning b4 work so i'd have to get up and shower and do my hair (believe me...i'd HAVE to do my hair... u haven't seen the bedhead i wake up w/!!!) and then go to the gym and then come back home and shower again and REDO my hair... it just doesn't seem like it'd be worth it somehow.

Gym? Today I have Spent 2 hours preparing sunday roast dinner, another half hour cleaning up after it, bathed two children, fed two cats, taken kids out on a bike ride to keep them amused, have washed and dried the a weeks load of clothes and will be setting up to get cracking on a mountain of ironing I have to look forward to. Thats just after I have made a cup of tea that my husband has requested from me. Go to gym? the chance would be a fine thing!.

I don't go to the gym but I'm also a tub of lard so I don't reccomend you become me.
I think going to the gym and maybe making gym buddies will motivate you, but you don't need to go every day...maybe two or three times a week even is better than nothing! If you already have a lot of self-motivation and don't need others to support you, I'm sure you can buy a few weights or fill up so water bottles with sand or something, or walk up the stairs, do some crunches, and get some exercise at home. If not, get a friend to walk/jog with.

I do but only about 2 times a week. On the other days I go in the afternoon. You just have to commit to going really early...also, don't worry about your hair. Just brush it and pull it up in a ponytail or if it's short pin it back with barrets. No one will care about your hair that early in the morning....or wera a baseball cap. If you feel that you have to get all spiffed up for the gym then you might be going for the wrong reasons.

When you wake up comb out your hair and throw it up in a ponytail. People really don't care what you look like (or what you smell like, that expect people in a gym to smell bad) then go home take a bath and do whatever you have to do for the day.

I go 4 days a week, but I go after work.
Why shower before the gym? Just put your hair in a ponytail and go.....
No one really cares what you look like at the gym - they're there to work out.

How many of you pay to go to the gym, and you also hire a gardener? Doesn't make any sense to do both. You can get some exercise doing your own gardening, and save that money, plus, you can be outside in the fresh air. If that's not a good enough workout for you, then get a push mower. (No power.)

I don't go to a gym but we have one bedroom in our house that we made into a gym. We started off small, just basic things and got more things when we had extra money. I like it better, I can stay home and work out and not have to worry about going out.

don't do your hair before you go to the gym. just tie it in a ponytail. No one's going to check you out at 7:00 in the morning. and if you can, try not to take a shower before you go to the gym because you'll shower after you go to the gym.
