ok i wont tell you my age or his age but do you think that if he is willing to wait untill i am 18 to do anything do you think he likes me or do you think he is gonna say that but then he will try to get me to do stuff??...please ?!?!?!?!?

He's not going to wait, He's trying to get you to do stuff other than what he REALLY wants, STAY AWAY!!! If he loves you then he'd BACK OFF all together until you are of legal age...

I wish you would have said how much older he is than you. If he is a few years, it's no big deal. If he is 5-10-15-20-25-30 etc then it is a very big deal. Just as a guess I would say you are 17 and he is 47. That is 30 years! You come from way different generations and what he likes and what you like will be two different things. Think about it this way...when you are 27 ye will be 57. And when you are 37, he will be an old man 67 collecting social security. I think he is just saying what you want to hear. He will try to take advantage of you as soon as possible and move on to the next young girl conquest. Some guys are perverts like this. It is all about control. He's not able to control a woman near his own age so he thinks he can control you because you are so much younger. Run the other way, Sweetie. Find someone near your own age. These things never work out.

This is a line. A way in. This is to dupe you into saying yes before your ready. What he will do to you is illegal and he should go to jail for a long time. I think that because your asking that he hasn't done anything yet. You should find someone your own age until your 18 and it doesn't matter. This guy can only be trouble. Not the kind of trouble thats exciting or intriguing. The kind tha could get you phsically hurt. Good luck.

I was in your situation when I was in high school... My thoughts on it now... I grew up with a single mom so male affection was something that I sought.. not extensively (I was smart enough to know better) but it did put me in situations where I met boys/men who knew this and tried to take advantage of me.
This is not a sign of love... If he is genuine... it's a sign of RESPECT.. which is the first thing a man should have for your mind and body. If he's just gaming on you.. it's a sign of deceit.
Ask yourself if you trust him... If you hesitate or have any reason not to... he is being deceitful... and clearly you are here asking this question.... so trust may be a factor.

TRULY, only time will tell. But if he is like most guys I have known in my vast years, he'll say anything at first. He will try to wear you down, until you fall totally in love with him, then he'll have you hooked, and then he will tell you if you "love" him, you'd do anything for him. And if you don't, he will look for someone else. And in that case, He doesn't Love You! Find someone closer to your own age... don't get serious with anyone until you are sure of what you want to do with YOUR life.
Since you are not telling ages, then you must know it is not right.

Sounds like a smart guy to me. Why risk getting in trouble for having sex with a minor when you can wait until she's 18, gain her trust, AND THEN take advantage of her? Probably a lot cheaper than a plane ticket to Thailand, huh?

Since you choose to provide so few details Ashley, the best thing I can recommend is to talk seriously with your parents and/or pastor or priest. This is a serious question and I applaud you for seeking advice.
Having older friends is not a bad thing, but I am not sure it's time for commitment yet.

No its not love. Evidentally he's just waiting on you becasue he wants sex legally. Then again if he gets impatient or horny enough he probably wont wait..or if he finds someone else he'll 4get all about you. My guess is you're really young and he's old so leave him alone...save urself the heartbreak

If he's willing to wait, and you think that his word is worth his salt, then give it a go. And remember your the one that holds the key when it comes to fooling around. If he tries it, then remind him what he promised or set him free.
