How often do you buy shoes is the right one. This would mean how often do you go purchase multiple separate pairs of shoes. How often do you buy your shoes sounds like you are asking how often they go buy that same pair of shoes.

The correct one is "How often do you buy shoes?" When you say "your shoes" you mean the shoes are already owned by the person to whom you are asking the question. It means she doesn't have to buy them because they are already his or hers. So, how can one often buy his/her own shoes? Doesn't make sense.

How often do you buy shoes is the right one. Because it's saying that you're buying different designs of shoes. the other one tells that it's like you're only buying the same design of your shoes. and don't forget to put a question mark mister!!

Bear in mind that the context is important. If you asked me, "How often do you buy shoes?" I might answer with, "Every six months. How often do you buy your shoes?"
In general, use "How often do you buy shoes?" because it is more concise, but as others have stated, the longer version is not wrong.

Less words in the last sentence, leave out "your" not needed. therefore, I picked the last sentence.
Was this question put to a shoe buyer for a store ?
I knew a man that started a factory on a shoe string.
The factory burned to the ground and they lost a lot of soles.
The manager was a heel.
He did not kick the bucket but he was a little pail.

1st
Because
If you say to me "i bought another pair of shoes"
I would reply"how often then do you buy your shoes then"?
If you said to me "i bought 7 pairs of shoes" I would say "How often do you buy shoes then"?
1st Sounds as though she is telling me this.
2nd Sounds like she,s bragging about it so i shorten the sentence with the "your"
