Probably the most obvious answer is on the Xbox 360's Xbox Live Arcade. They not long ago released the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game (1989 version), for the nominal price of $5 (400 "Microsoft Points").

It features online co-op (up to 4 players) as well as leaderboards and achievements, like all Xbox Live Arcade games.
