I am also a realtor so i would like to find a developer who is interested in having a realor handle all sale and financing for the properties they are building

It sounds as though you are rather new to the business and you are trying all sides of the business to make some money. Developers really don't do much business with individual brokers. They need deep pockets at reasonable rates, not mortages such as a broker might be able to get. The developer can get better packages directly with the sources. As far as developers and realestate agents, well does it really make good sense for a land developer to pay a realtor when they aren't especially bringing anything to the table. Buyers are normally being supplied by other realtors, what do you add?

I think this is possibly an interesting question. I don't understand it, though. What is a developer? A person who builds houses? What is a client? A person who might buy a house? What is a mortgage broker?
