9+ 3y <25 +5y
-16 < 2y
y> -8


Assuming /t/ means absolute value
-5 + 3/t/ = 7
3/t/=12
/t/=4
t=+4 and -4
No inequality or need for <=/>=

9-25 < 5y-3y
-16 < 2y
-8 < y
