Because in the 70's The AL owners were afraid that they will not be as good as the NL so they created the DH rule to give them a advantage but the NL didn't adopt the rule.

The AL voted to implement the DH back in 1973, but the NL did not. It has been in effect ever since, but only in the American League.

The American League instituted the rule in an effort to increase offense, since that's what they believed fans wanted.

Personally, I like the rule, but I know I'm in the minority here.

You are demonstrably not clever enough to understand the reasons behind the DH rule, so let's not even bother, and you can give up the charade. Self-loathing is so spiritually corrosive.

because AL owners were so greedy that they did not mind basterdizing the game for $$$.
