...you might be confusing the films, "The Reptile", from 1966, which doesn't feature Cushing or Lee, with 1968's "The Blood Beast Terror", which stars Cushing, but not Lee.
Both are exceptional films, with similar premises (one daughter becomes a snake, and the other daughter becomes a blood-sucking moth).
