You cant use the bottle warmer as per the instruction manual and the bottle is so thick it takes 7 minutes to warm up a bottle in hot water and on top of it it leaks from the bottom and is hard to wash.

I am going back to drop ins !!

Anyone had trouble with ventaire ?

Yes! Someone gifted me a set of them and it was a mess. The bottom leaks out if your in a hurry and don't screw it in just right. Its a pain to wash them without losing a piece to it. Also my daughter hated the nipple because the flow was too slow and it made her so mad. I also didn't like the way they are bigger in size than a standard bottle so they don't fit in some cupholders and fell out of my stroller tray so many times. And last of all I didn't like the caps on the top because when I was mixing the formula sometimes it would not only leak from the bottom but also from the top. What a mess! I use Gerber bottles poo poo on the others.

Yep, you are right. Doesn't fit into some bottle warmers, but it only took about 4-5 minutes for it to heat up in hot water when feeding my cousin's daughter. Could be your water just isn't hot enough if you've turned your hot water heater down to 120 F (which most people do today). When Sammy was young, I'd heat the water in a large measuring cup in the microwave for a minute, then put the bottle in.

If you look at epinions, some found them wonderful and others didn't. In some cases, I think the way the baby sucks makes it usable or not. Considering that people who complain are more likely to report on a product than those who found it useful tells me that, in general, it's a good product. Just doesn't work for your situation.

I have only used the drop ins but my friend used ventaire and it took so much of the air out that her daughter couldn't burp and was in constant pain so she had to switch as well.

My daughter uses both ventaire and ventaire natural. I loved them. It was true i never had a problem with her being gassy. When i wash them , i soak them in the sink all in pieces and then they clean much easier. I never had the leaking problem. In my opinion i thought that they were great.
