I went about 3 years ago and The Alladin and Sahara are plenty good, but the Sahara is a better Value. There are some good deals downtown too like the Fremont.

Do you like seafood.
Mandalay Bay on Sunday night.
They have some very interesting and a broad selection of seafood at the buffet. It is reasonable. It is also a very nice restaurant. More upscale than some of the other buffets.
Try it one Sunday

If you are looking for volume and value the Palace Station is always great. If you are more into quality check out one of the strip hotels. But be ready to spend $30.00 each.

either SAHARA
RIO
LUXOR - this is good value for $$
if you want sea-food, MANDALAY BAY is good
OR you could get a las vegas tourist magazine, they usually have lots of useful info about all sorts of restaurants, buffets, cafes, drinks.............
Hope this helped :-)

The RIO is great, so much to choose from. I haven't been there for a few years but the in-laws go there every year and love it.
