i migrated my pokemon in pokemon diamond once and now i cant migrate i waited 3 days and still it doesnt work?

hmm - changing the clock will mess the game's clock up so I would say to try and change the clock back to the time you originally had it (at). Once you have it set at the original time, you'll have to wait another 24 hours since the game detects time changes.
