It is possible that your are experiencing implantation bleeding or problems. If you have miscarried before, I would check with your doctor and check a progesterone level. Sometimes if it is low, bleeding will occur. If caught in time, the pregnancy can be saved with supplementation. I wouldn't waste time, call right away.

The pregnancy test showed possitive so I would call your doctor to get an appointment set up. Get one for tomorrow if you can and tell the doc everything, and if you are unsure, ask for an ultrasound to make sure the baby is ok. As far as right now... take your prenatals and try not to stress yourself out. Good luck.

I would suggest scheduling an appointment with a gyn/obn as soon as possible, but in the meantime, if you can do it, stay in bed. I found purely by mistake that throwing myself into bed in tears when I bled kept my son from miscarrying by getting me off my feet and taking the pressure off my uterus.

Try to relax! Then get yourself to the doctor. It is probably implantion bleeding but get yourself checked out just to be safe.
Good luck!
