What do you think makes up spike lee's cinematographic (filiming/editing) style? Examples from his movies would be a big help! Thanks in advance.

His energetic style of directing. It creates atmosphere in a plot. His endings are also amazing.

Example:
Inside Man- He twists the ending. The story leading to the end was amazing.

i'm no film student i just know what i like. and some things i see stick with me.

i'm not sure what it is called but one of his trademarks is to have characters in a scene where they are supposed to be walking but they are on some kind of device that is actually moving them forward--they are not actually taking steps the device is propelling them. a scene of this type takes place in most of his movies that i remember.

he may not have been the first to do it, but i think he uses it more frequently than any other director. it's as much of a signature as Hitchcock's cameos.
