I am 84 years old, and I can tell you from personal experience that being over the hill is much much worse than being under age. Wait, you will find out for yourself someday.

Under age, because when you're under age you don't have the wisdom you'd have as being older, or as you say, over the hill. Also, when you're under age you can't legally do anything really, such as drink, smoke, vote, join the military, if under 16 drive, etc. So I would think it'd be better to be over the hill.

Over the Hill, you can do whatever you want and you already have the experience because getting up an hill is pain.
