My husband and I did not marry because we were too young. We had met when we were just teenagers and he had to leave because he was in the military. We did not see each other for 34 years. I got married to someone else who was in the military and we got divorced after 25 years. The man who I am now married to came back into my life after not seeing each other for 34 years. He had always loved me and I did not know that. All those many years ago. He drove from another state just to see me. He was in Ohio and I was in Georgia. He had always wanted to marry me and had always known that we would someday be married. We have been married for almost 4 years in June.

Nothing, we did get married, and have been for over 17 years. We knew each other a year, then dated for two - just the right amount of time to learn everything about each other.

Money. I was a single mother with a son ready to start college with a financial aid package based on my income. I would have committed financial suicide had I married and then had to claim both incomes. My new spouse sure wasn't planning on helping pay for college expenses.

When we met, he was in the process of divorce ( he was only married 4 months, he married her for the wrong reasons) so we had to wait until it was final. She drug it out so she could have medical benefits for her kids. She then met some one else and could not wait to get divorced so she could marry him and HE could take care of her & her kids. Now, we live happily ever after, and she doesn't.

nothing she asked me and i married her we only dated for 3 months when she asked me was it love at first sight?we have been married for 2 1/2 years now she filed for a divorce in my eyes we will always b married i wont marry anyone else unless we get remarried

We were young, uneducated and totally dependant on our parents. That and the whole idea that marriage is a major decision and shouldn't be entered into lightly.
