in short terms, to answer you question you would have to define what you mean by related, because if you were on about through blood, no -thats your king of Enlgand dream down the drain. But another way you could look at your question and get a responce of yes, is that we are related in the sence were from the same species.

Yes we are all related to each other.
Everyone on the planet has a common ancestor in Noah, and obviously before that Adam and Eve.
But that has nothing to do with whether you or I will ever be king of England!
