I like the Pistols, but considering Sid Vicious didn't actually know how to play his instrument.. I'll go with the Buzzcocks. Either Ever Fallen in Love or Everybody's Happy Nowadays.
My favorite Pistols song is probably I'm Not Your Stepping Stone.

Me personally, Buzzcocks because I saw them last year at Warped Tour playing with bands half their age, and they still rock as hard as they did back then.
