Because a lot of us really don't understand why our troops need to remain there. What's the purpose. Liberation? Oil? What? What do we as a Nation gain from this? Our men and women perish there everyday....for what? So Bush can extend his might across the sea? It's ridiculous and our soldiers need to come home.

Which war do you mean?

To get rid of a tirant - Sadam Hussein. He is gone, but British and American forces are stuck in an intractible position which they cannot get out of.

It is Bush's Vietnam. Iraq is worse off now than before the war. But to be honest, because it doesn't affect me, I find things more important at home to worry about, and let the rest of the country decide the war issue.

We were lied to about the conditions before the war to justify this.
If we were told that the country would disintegrate in to civil war after we ran out Sadam we would of tried to find peaceful means.
Finally, this is what bugs me about you chicken hawks; You have no problem sending others in to a war that can not be won using the military. It is o.k. for thousands to die and then times that to loose a leg, arm or part of their skull. But when it comes time for you to decide to join them in combat you are pure chicken and 0% hawk.

I'm against the war because, there's been to many lives lost, and we still don't really know why they are over there dying. They sent our people over there for some bulls**t. Bush needs to bring them home, send some of the f**king immigrants over there and let them fight, since they like protesting so much.

Not only were we lied to, but even had we found WMD, we still would have been wrong to have gone over there. Under the UN, preemptive war is illegal. The UN told us not to go oer there, we basically said screw you and did it any way. If any other country goes against the UN, we call them terrorists, ut hey we're Americans! Must be ok for us, right?

If you are talking about the iraq war, i can give you a number of reasons. Our primarily objective was to invade Iraq find, detect, and eliminate all weapons of mass destruction or WMD's. For the first 2 years after America invaded iraq there were no such weapons found. not even a stockpile of WMD'S. Let me ask you something? Do u trust a president who lies to his people very much everyday? Do u believe in spilling our soliders blood in exchange for corporation profit. I don't know about but to me spilling blood for profit is for people who are purely evil. meaning not for me.

Right now it has more to do with politics than anything else.

The Democrats hate Bush so they want to do anything and everything to make him look bad and to make him look inefficient.

No one stopping to look at what is good for the American People. Instead they want to create problems for the parties and the American People get the shaft.
