Just hit the Print Scrn button. Then open a graphics program, Paint that comes with your PC will work. Then place the cursor on the open window of Paint... right click and click on paste.
Now save. You are ready to email the graphic.

Find and strike the Prnt Scrn key on your keyboard, or hold Alt then strike it to take a screen of the program you are currently on.
Then open MSPaint and paste there, though I suggest saving as a .PNG and not a .BMP, it is much smaller without loss of quality.

There is usually a button in the top right corner of your keyboard that will say something like "prt sc".
Tap that, sometimes there is another button you must also hit in conjunction with it.
Then open paint and go edit > paste. You can then save the picture.

If you're running Windows, then press shift+"prt scrn." Then just open your image editor and ctrl+v or edit > paste to insert the picture. From there you can save it as a jpg and attach it to an email.
