It created a vast urban renewal program by destroying countless buildings, bridges, churches, homes, and lives. In other words, it ruined Europe - it didn't benefit it at all.

It didn't. And, I hope that you are not writing some kind of essay for school suggesting that it did.
The rise of Nazism was purely negative. It displaced and lead to the extermination of Jews, Slavs, Homosexuals, the Mentally Handicapped and even some blacks. It tore apart the economic, political and cultural fabric of europe and gave rise to the Soviet hegemony over eastern europe--the effects of which are still being felt.
In short, Nazism was a benefit to nobody except the Nazis who profited from their atrocities and got away with it--those who managed to find cover after the war and lived off of what was taken from others. So it didn't even benefit Hitler.
Moreover, Nazism used and embodied all the of the worst aspects of man. It was a movement that was antithetical to all that is good, it was a base movement, one that has not yet been stamped out and probably never will because it represents the dark side of man.
The suggestion that it benefitted anybody is, in my opinion, ludicrous.
Addition: Now, some may say that there were some medical developments and the space program came out of nazism, and one can say the nuclear bomb is also an outgrowth. However, there is nothing to suggest that in the absence of Nazism these advances would not have been made.
