Becareful, this is probably a scam. Just because that bank exists doesn't mean they were the ones who contacted you.
If you got an email from them, bin it it will be a scam.

they are in London but no cash or retail business. it is just a branch of Raiffeisen Investment Bank, for corporate clients only.....( you google a link Raiffeisen European branches and you get the UK link and there it says -no cash or retail business-) I am a Austrian, that's why i know...
