i don't want to play any game, only for surfing and small file and folder save in hard disk is it good for that

That system is very good in fact if I were you I would go for a more low end system - you don't really need that much power, and its going to cost you.

the guy below me is very crazy you dont need that much memory for simple applications. Just use a windowsxp system from sometime in the last few years - you can get one running 300 dollars now for a GREAT system.

It would be okay, but even for surfing or opening your files, it's always better to have a little extra ram and processor speed.
If that is what you have right now, and can't afford to upgrade, you will do fine.

If your using Win98 you might be able to get by with just 128mb's of RAM but if your using XP I wouldn't use anything less than 512mb's. XP is a RAM hog though not as bad as Vista.
