Bin Laden is still on the "FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list".

The term "Public Enemy number 1" was only used by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice during the 30s, the "Public Enemy Era". .

I think he is dead and has been for years. The man did have a serious kideny ailment, yet I'm supposed to believe he got all the proper treatment hiding out in caves?

And what major event is NOT in Bin Laden's FBI profile? Apparently he's not even wanted for the WTC attacks. Then again according to the FBI they don't have sufficient evidence that it was him.

Even Bush stated something about Bin Laden not being a priority early on in this "war on terror."

No, sadly there is no hard data to suggest he has been captured or killed. Most assume that he is in the rugged border region along the Afghanistan Pakistan border. There are many of us who would gladly take the 25 million reward for his capture or death. In fact, I would be happy to take the task for no pay.

He could very well have died several years ago. But this adminsitration will continue to use him, via phony tapes and e-mails, whenever its convenient or they need to ram another bill down congress' throat. The guy had serious kidney problems back in 2001. As a matter of fact, it was reported that he was treated for kidney problems in a Pakistani hospital just days before 9/11, and in all probability, for many days after as well.

They just can't find him. Interesting story in yesterdays LA Times that explains how they can't find him, but how money is flowing out of Iraq and now supporting him. It seems our war in Iraq is failing and creating both more terrorist and more people willing to support Osama due to our occupation. More proof that Iraq was just one big blunder and will be helping and creating terrorist for years to come. Of course, this is what the Republicans want so they can make lots of money, get Iraq's oil, reduce freedoms in American and make the US more like a police state.

he is dead. remember the French newspaper reporting that last year. there has been no tape released from Osama since June 1 2006. ever time before there is a doubt about Osama death, a tape would surface of him speaking. so most likely he is dead and buried.
