Greatest yankee in the hall? What kind of question is that? With out a doubt its babe ruth. The only reason there are so many yankees in the hall is because they have all the money in the world to buy the best players that are going to make it in the hall of fame anyway.

Ruth, clearly not only the greatest Yankee in the Hall, but also the greatest player.

Ruth.
Anyone who claims a Yankee other than Ruth carries the burden of supporting their argument, because Ruth demolishes pretty much anyone.
Geez, does anyone ever come up with a "greatest ever" question to which the answer is neither "Ruth" or some pitcher?

Too many, I would say Ruth, but everyone else has, so I'll go with the clipper, Joe D.

Its Babe Ruth because he finished his career with 714 homeruns, a 2.28 era while only allowing only 10 homeruns against him while he is pitching, he had 2213 RBIs, and had a career batting average of .342.

It has to be Babe Ruth.
He saved the game of baseball after the Black Sox scandal.
