Depending on which state you live in, you may be able to do it yourself. But, there are several different ways to incorporate a business and it may be cheaper to hire an attorney than to spend the time required to research all aspects of incorporation yourself.

you can probably do it yourself but you can save time and effort if you have someone who does know how, help you for a reasonable fee. someone like me. but i live in the phils and you are probably from abroad. good luck on your business ventures.
