If Lightning strikes a person, Does he/she burst light bulbs when ever he encounters one.?

I sas this in disovery channel but too hard to believe its is true..

i know that if lightning strikes you and you are touching a lightbulb by the cathode it will burst however it will not happen for the rst of your life every time you see one that is just plain dumb.
it will be nice if the mythbusters confirm it XD

specific, i became struck by way of lightening some years in the past. i became going into artwork to %. up a paycheck. It became storming particularly no longer ordinary, so I grabbed an umbrella from my automobile and headed into the development. i became a pair of million/2 way there and lightening struck the development. whilst it did, a bolt stumbled on and hit the steel umbrella i became carrying. It became particularly loud and that i felt the electrical powered energy pass down my left arm. It burned a hollow in the right of my umbrella and burned my hand. My arm became numb and tingly for a pair of week. We referred to as the scientific institution and that they reported that till i became having chest soreness, intense issues, or seizures there wasn't something that they could do. i became particularly fortunate!!! they say that lightening does not strike two times, i desire they are suitable! LOL!
