Baseball Cube notes he was drafted by the Cubs in 1990, in the 15th round. No stats, however, which may mean he washed out soon after. Can't tell if he ever ended up in the Rangers system from this wee bit of data.

there are no record of him ever playing in the major league,
however, it doesn't mean he played on the farm systems...
