Well, you need to do the exercises regularly, not just every once in a while. Crunches: feet on the ground, hands behind head, start on your back, sit all the way up. V-ups: Start flat on back, arms straight out behind your head, bring legs up and arms down at same time so your balance is on your butt. There are many different exercises, just ask an athlete at your school.

First of all you must get this in you skull.---This is gona be hard work--not meant for the weak. You must do a complete body work out. Streaching exercises -- 2 mile run--work on the weights -- free or fixed or both ---stomach crunches by the hundred. Set aside 8 hours a day to complete all that is demanded. When you get done with the routine start over again by a 2 mile run. You must have determination and dedication that this is what you want to do. Good sweating

Or you can put your money next to the cash register and buy a 6 pak and go home.

Every answer that you receive that says, "Do crunches" or "Do sit ups", are stupid. Sit ups and crunches do not help whatsoever. They actually make you gain weight, and if you do too many, you might pull a muscle in your stomach, which can affect the digestive system. My answer has to do with dancing. There is a DVD that is called Hip Hop Abs. It's not only for women, but also for men.

The instructor is in fact, a man. It's a fun way to exercise. It is guaranteed to help you lose weight within a week or so.

If you can't afford this, you can always put on the radio. (I prefer Q102 and 94.5 PST) I'll tell you from experience on the Hip Hop Abs video, it all has to do with dancing with your stomach. I'm not talking about belly dancing. I'm talking about tilting in your stomach in fast-paced songs, and tucking. Tilt, tuck, tighten, and breath.

sit ups and crunches, also laying on your back and lifting your legs straight up anther variation of this is to hang on a parallel or"dip" bar and lift your legs straight out in front of you.A good one for the obliques is to stand straight holding a weighted dumbell at your side then bending at the waist let it drop then pull it back up while squeezing the oblique on the opposite side do 6-10 on one side then do the same on the other
