Yes I guess I am. I wasn't sure what the difference between a tease and a flirt was though so I looked it up. But I start out a flirt and I think it has to do with how the other person receives it.
tease: To arouse hope, desire, or curiosity in without affording satisfaction.
flirt:To make playfully romantic or sexual overtures

No I'm not. But whatever I do, men like to believe I'm just *playing* hard to get, and when I talk to them like I normally would to an acquaintance, they tell me I've been *teasing* them...
I just don't get it. I can't ever do it right.
