To all respondents so far... It's obvious through your replies that you didn't read the article. It's about him spiking stories that could have harmed Democrats also. You're all in such a hurry to slam people, you don't even take the time to learn anything...

It promotes the neocon agenda which shouldn't be confused with just republican as many (in fact ALL leading) Democrats are de facto neocons too.
He bought up major national newspapers in Britain in the 80s and has been making and breaking UK government's since.
Ultimately it's HIS agenda which matters to him - he backs any party which suuports it regardless of their colors!

Of course not. It also benefits Rupurt Murdock. With his constant propoganda favoring war and this administartion, this government allows him the regulatory leeway to continue to build his media empire. Its called "one hand washing the other". It is no cooincidence that Fox News has been growing like gangbusters through acquisitions and new channels the last 6 years.

Rupert Murdock the owner of Fox News likes it that way. He knows as soon as the Dem get back all the power, he will have to divide up and be forced to sell off, some of his media empire.

I don't get the connection between the newspaper and the TV network, but I think it hurts Republicans because the offenses are so obvious. He's not sneaky enough to do any real damage to justice.

I hope so. We need some place to get the other side of the story. You certainly are not going to get it at CBS, NBC, ABC, or CNN.
As voters, we need to hear all sides. If all we hear is what one biased group thinks, we are doomed to make bad decisions.
